Tiffani serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at The Village Church. She has been a member of the church since 2012 and began serving as a nursery volunteer shortly thereafter. In July 2021, she joined the church staff as the Director of Nursery, overseeing the ministry for children from infancy through age five.

Tiffani has a deep passion for caring for and investing in the lives of children. In January 2026, she transitioned into the role of Children’s Ministry Director, where she now leads Village Kids, the church’s ministry for elementary-aged children (ages 5–11), in addition to continuing to oversee the nursery. She is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith.

Tiffani is married to Lue Williams, and together they homeschool their six children: Immanuel, Iri, Isaiah, Iyana, Immera, and Isaac. They get a kick out of their family naming tradition that all of their children’s names begin with the letter “I.”
